How does same-day service work?
Same-day dry cleaning is available at our 5600 West location. Availability depends on the item; specialty pieces such as wedding gowns require additional time. Call the location before drop-off if timing is important.
What should I do when I spill something?
Blot the spill, but never rub it. Bring the garment in as soon as possible and tell us what caused the stain. Avoid club soda and “miracle” cleaners, which can set some stains.
What if a stain will not come out?
We have a strong success rate with difficult stains, but some cannot be removed safely. Tell us about known stains at drop-off. If one proves stubborn, we’ll explain the options before proceeding.
Does frequent dry cleaning shorten garment life?
No. Regular cleaning can help prolong garment life by removing stains, oils and abrasive soil that wear down fibers and attract insects.
How should I clean a comforter or bedspread?
Many tailored or quilted items should be professionally cleaned. Keep the care instructions and clean coordinating pieces together so any subtle color change remains uniform.
